Isaac woke up at 5:00 obviously nobody could be asleep so he was loudly whispering about bob's mistake and how amazing it was, mum was then over the moon that she could
make a dinosaur out of her fingers in the shadow. then we discovered the face paint in the dining room and we did look very artistic! we were so excited when the car got
dropped off and we were on our way to bob's mistake. then travelling all the way round the world felt pointless as the legend slide had been destroyed due to health and
safety reasons!
We picked up a Toyota estima. Its really nicely built. Its an automatic which feels a bit weird. Angela and I keep putting the wipers on instead of indicating.
The weather so far has been glorious. Anyway its 8 seater and the seats in the back recline which is great fun. The boot fits all the suitcases so its very comfortable.
We left Orewa and set off for hot water beach which is on the coromondal peninsula. We had heard lots out the Coromondal and it didn't disappoint.
We stopped at Thames and had a bbq on a bay just outside. We used the public bbq along with a French couple. It was brilliant we had a great picnic until we had to clean
the hot plate. We had a scourer and no water. We fixed the water problem but it took us 30mins.
We then set off but we had to go over the mountains. It was driving through a rain forest it was magnificent. Unfortunately it was an unsealed road and three big trucks nearly wiped us out
We arrived at hot water beach and first impressions. Gorgeous. We walked along to were all the people were diggin for hot water but
By 6pm we were tired . We arrived on the outside of Tarunga in the bay of plenty. It looks like a nice city already. We stopped at countdown and bought some hawkes bay wine aoh and some food and we
went to a motel/camping barns place we had just spotted. They had one room left and it was brilliant. Massive 7 bed 2 bedrooms big living room kitchen and bathroom
We woke up early. We are waking at 6am everyday. Today we are off to Rotarura (the smelly place ) Taupo and then a night in Napier.

phil pritchard Lol Nowt wrong with Wales ! Have a great time, I'd much rather be here at Speke any day.
Dave Dead jealous. It's a shame you took that boy in the horrible Manc top. You need to vet his luggage next time. It's worse than smuggling drugs.
