Our 1st Burdundy of the trip. Most Burgundy red is 100% Pinor Noir (otherwise Gamay in the Beaujolais region). White is 100% Chardonnay. This is from the Appellation Givry to the south of Beaune. This went beautifully with Coq au Vin. We are now working to the principle that wine best goes with regional cuisine.
