Hi y'all!! Been thinking about you all day, especially the photo riding on the elephant. I am now realising what a boring life I'm having. You both are an inspiration. I agree with Jean, this has definately the makings of a really good book!!I bet you won't to come back but you've got to cos I'd miss you tooooooooo much. Jess has gone back to uni so it's very quiet again here. I bet you are both looking really brown now after all this sea and sand. Can't wait to hear the next installment. It will be soon time to wrap up the chatlet for yet another year. Can't believe how quickly the year has gone. Julie and David are thinking about spending Christmas at their chalet so I don't think we will be with them this boxing day. I think I might have a party (don't fall off your elephant!!) Anyway must'nt talk about crimbo, it's far to early for that nonsense. Take care of yourselves, thinking about you all the time. Love from Mummy C xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Holly and John
Photo album is amazing - you've outdone yourselves - this has the makings of a travel book I think - waterfalls particularly beautiful I think, much impressed with v large buddha, but I suspect they'll never let you on the plane with it! - Perhaps if you buy another seat, the Buddha can travel in style.
It all looks amazing, the colours particularly - not sure about the foam, otherwise looks idyllic. Glad you are meeting new and interesting people, more of an education than you bargained for in some respects perhaps?!
So lots of love, keep on having a brilliant time and we will do our best to keep you 'posted', but life is literally dull here by comparison - and Liverpool are back to winning in Europe and losing at home - Bellamy looks like another bad boy who can't score goals, whereas Crouch can't stop scoring, but mainly in Europe or for England. Drogba has come spectacularly good (though obviously for Chelsea), though he was never a slouch was he? He's scoring astonishing goals with his unique panache - and as he says, if he thought about it he couldn't do it. Everyone well, see ya soon - though how you will ever tear yourselves away I do not know. Man. United doing ok I suppose and Everton may possibly be above Liverpool in the league, but I couldn't be sure about that!
Lots of love and stuff/

Lots of love from your father/Richard

Hello my lovleys! The photos are fabulous, you sound like you are having the time of your lives. Jess has just come home for Dads birthday after two weeks so I am so thrilled to see her. I have been out loads with new friends from work and old friends too which has kept my mind off all my family disappearing off!! Except Jack of course who has disappeared off with the fairies a long time ago! Keep sending the messages it's great to hear from you. I'm now going to take Jess out for some lunch so I'll bid you farewell for now but will be in touch with more news later. Love you to the moon and back and TAKE CARE!!!! Hi John & Holly,
It sounds like you're having an interesting and fun time. Good to hear about in rainy England. It's starting to look like winter properly here now.
My brother's favorite bit of Thailand was Pai. He enthuses about it every time he mentions his visit.
I'm due to start my MBA on Wednesday (4th Oct.) It's going to be loads of work and I'm a little intimidated by it all. It's also very expensive :-(
I'll be a student again, which is wierd because I only just finished paying off my loan from the last time.

Hi there,
How's life in sunny Thailand? I'm on deadline (boo) so the closest I'm likely to get to sunshine is reading your travel journal, which is v. good, but not quite as good as actually being on holiday, I suspect.
The highlight of my working week so far has been renting Brick on Monday night... Such a good film! I know you're probably miles & miles from the nearest Blockbuster & have better things to do than watch DVD's, but you've got to rent this when you get home.
Anyway, hope you're having a great time. I'm looking forward to the next instalment!

Hi Holly and John,
Well, I've finally found out how you do this with the help of your little bro Jack. I've been thinking about you every day. I loved the photos and your messages really made me laugh. You sound like you're having a ball! Don't worry about the diving, it's much more fun to snorkel...you see just as much without the effort. Work has been mad trying to sort out this new role so I've been working really long hours and then collapsing when I come in at night. Wish I was there with you instead!! Been to the hospital today for my three monthly check up and they seem pleased with me. They are not going to take blood any more but just examine me every 12 months, so that's good is'nt it. As you know Jess presented me with a gorgeous little kitten before I took her to uni, he's black and white and adorable but we just can't think of a suitable name......help!!! I took Jess down to London a week ago and it is really gorgeous where she is staying. Kingston on Thames is a beautiful place and only 20 mins out of London so I'm looking forward to a few weekends there!!!!!!! She has made lots of friends and seems to be really enjoying it. I'm missing her like mad though. Graham has settled into his new life in Kuwait but thinks it's a bit grim over there, he has got an apartment overlooking the sea though so that's a bonus. He has asked me to say hello to you and to see how you are. I start all my corporate entertaining for work next week with Andrea Bocelli and McFly at the MEN....could'nt be more different really could they? Jack had his interview for college on Thursday and we are just awaiting the results. Considering the course starts tomorrow I can't help thinking he's left it a tad late, what do you say???!! I've been to Abersoch this weekend and the weather was fab, can't believe I'll be locking up for the winter soon, where's the summer gone? Oh well, it's alright for some who are soaking it up on a sun drenched beach drink in hand! I'm looking forward to an update and more photos. Now I've got the hang of this I'll be driving you mad. Anyway, you two, take care of yourselves, look after each other and have a fabulous time. Make the most of every minute. Love you to the moon and back three million times. Lots of love from Mummy Crawford xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi
Lovely to hear from you, sounds and looks idyllic, though there are wild rumours that you are swilling down the fresh tuna steak with buckets full of whiskey! Surely not. So where next, or is this time for deep reflexion and will you be found gazing idly into a deep cool beer whilst contemplating the drifter's life.
Lots of love - we have just had lunch at the Outlet Village and spent foolish amounts in Borders. See you soon.
Love Mum (Jean)

Yo Hol & Mr. Tomato Head. Sorry to here about the skuba, but you must try and try again! Jam jar was really pleased to here from you and thank you for letting me know that the military coop has not affected you even though your rucksack was big enough to keep a tank in! Now to the serious bit the letter that has come through to you is from the Uni saying that you need to re-register for English 3 and you have three modules which are deferrals Professional Development across key stage 2 & 3, Investigating Middle Management & Issues in Translation. The Boards decision was made after having failed school experience you would not be offered a further opportunity to meet QTS standards. You could accept 1. a fall back award of Diploma in Higher Education, 2. You could coplete the assesment for one 12 credit moduld and receive an ordinary dgree without QTS, 3. To obtain an honours degree you wold have to re-register for 2/3 English 3, complete first assessment opportunities for Middle Management & Transition & register for EDCIS3075 as an alternative to Key Stages 2 & 3. & to contact Neil Stanley before end of Sept. Letter was from Peter Horsfall, Also three forms to fill in Student Person Details Form, Planning & Monitoring Form, Fee Payment Form. Let me know what to do with them. Love You Lots. DAD

Hi there. How's the diving going? Have you had a chance to take any underwater pictures yet?
Thailand's in the news a lot over here at the moment coz of the military coup in Bangkok - has that affected you much on the beaches, or is it all business as usual?
Rob's been asking if you're thinking of visiting Pai (apparently he had an amazing time there). I wasn't sure, but I promised I'd ask.
Have a great time.
Lots of love from Emma xxx

Hi John and Holly
Hope all is going really well. I guess you will be perfecting the tan and have loads of stuff to tell us about. Have you been snorkling? Have you ridden on an elephant yet? What are the temples like? How warm is the sea and how green is the sea and how blue is the sky?
Lots of love, hope to hear from you soon. Phone one weekend day if you can, would be lovely to hear your voice.
Loads of love
Mum/Jean
