WOW! What unbelievable photos. I was actually able to view them as a slide show. The baboon sitting in the middle of the road cracked me up. The lion crossing right in front of the vehicles scared me. I wonder if your guides/drivers had tranquilizer guns, etc. with them? Viewing your photos is like taking a mini vacation right from my desk chair at home. It really transports me immediately to wherever you've been. Right now I would like to be transported to that beautiful outdoor shower with the spectacular view! I'm really enjoying it. I look forward to your next journal entry. Safe sailing!
Devon
Hey everybody! I just arrived in South Africa this morning to spectacular views of Table Mountain. I am wandering around Cape Town with a few of my friends and quickly hopped into an internet cafe to discover this message board. Thank you for all of your wonderful postings, glad to know everybody is enjoying my website! I better be off, the lions and elephants are calling my name!

Hi Devon!
I've been checking your journal and was happy to find a new entry this morning on Brazil. Neptune Day looked like a blast! Some of my very favorite photos were Sand Crab, Baobob Tree, Bonfim Ribbons & Girl Reaching for Parrot. I can't believe you will be in SA this Friday. Seems so far away. I hope your passage is pleasant and look forward to more photos & entries.

Hi Devon!
We just read your journal & viewed your photos. AMAZING! You're a wonderful writer & fabulous photographer. We'll keep looking. We just missed you in PR by a few days on our cruise & are back home in Highlands now. It is so cold & icy here, so enjoy the sunshine. All our best to you on your continued journey. Have the time of your life!

Hi Dev.....wondering how the first part is going? Did you horseback ride in PR? Any seasickness? Hope you are enjoying....dad looked up the weather...it is sunny and warm. We had a blustery last day in Nassau so we went to the Zoo and Botanic Garden...we liked the jaguars, lemurs and flamingos. We look forward to your first posting. Is the food still good? The ship is amazing....we were impressed. Love, Mom and Dad
