Hi everyone! We're in Franz Josef and have walked up to the glacier today...it was pretty stunning! started to rain a lot and was a bit of a trek (well for me anyway!) but was still amazing! We've had amazing couple of days.... in Kaikoura we did a whale watch tour where we saw two 18ft long sperm whales! We both got 'the tail shot' which is a life long dream so that was so cool! .... we'll upload them if we can 4 you guys to see. Also, yesterday we went on a wild open ocean dolphin swim and its was out of this world.... it was vick's first time so it was extra special for her, and for me - well, it was the most amazing dolphin encounter ever in my life!!!! there were literally hundreds of them and we were just free to swim and dive with them for nearly an hour! i even saw a baby one right underneath me - and made eye contact loads!!!

Had the most beautiful drive down here to Franz and got some stunning photos of lakes and mountains..... our little funky scooby wagon is wicked!!

Anyway, so much to tell, so little time! We'll upload some pix for you to see.
