anyways!!! guess what! a congrats is in hand.. i got a new job!!! :D i start in less than two weeks at savil court hotel as a beauty therapist in there spa and salon :D how cool. its a 4*hotel really excited. you should have seen me on the day of the interview.. i couldnt talk. LOL. i handed my notice in to waitrose on wednesday.. felt sooo good.

got my driving test in less than two weeks.. wish me luck!!!!! been driving alot lately and love it just need to pass... fingers crossed( and toes, eyes, legs, arms, you no how it is lol)

Snow in portsmouth was not an experience id ever like to repeat, seeing as they havnt had snow settle here in like.. centuries? all the chavs got excited and pelted me with snowballs on my way to work.. wasnt happy! and now 3 days later its all sunny... confusing.

I finally managed to get on here to leave you a message,last night we had snow,it would seem that spring has come & gone and winter returned in the space of 5 days! summer is expected about friday,for at least a day !!!!

I haven't seen the photos yet because your dad is rushing me he has already watched the grand prix race and now wants to watch the footy.

Happy easter. Hope you have a great day. Today me, Mum and Dad went to South Hill Park to see potted Potter. It was hilarious, I wish you could of been there to see it. We got to play quidditch!

G'day, owyagoin? Wow, what a bit of excietment you two missed. Keith and I were going out on Monday night for drinks and he rings me 10 minutes before we are meant to be there to tell me he needs me to take him to hospital. He was putting the wire around the end assembly which he forgot to do on the Sunday....even thought YOU TOM reminded him...so he thought he would quickly do it, but the wire did not go where it was meant to and it cut his fleshy part of the finger away from his nail on his ring finger!!! Goory!!! So, I took him to hospital in Melbourne and he had to stay overnight. He got it all fixed up on Tuesday and we picked him up and brought him home to rest. Tom, Tom, Tom....if you had only made him do that last little bit he would still have his finger intact....I am blaming this whole thing on you.....of course.!!!!! Ha ha ha...you can't get away from us yet. Well, we hope you are both having a great time in Melboure, and that you have found jobs. Just remember, you are welcome to come back...we still have lots of weeding, racking and FENCING!!! Thanks for the blog and photos. Never thought I would see you two on a farm, actually looking quite at home. You really did strike lucky with the Wiggett family, their family made you two really welcome, you were very, very lucky. I hope they worked you hard!! Tom you didn't look happy with that bat in your hand.

The photos look wonderful, again plenty of sunshine, and some marvellous places you have seen, quite jeolous really.

Things are not great here at the mo, both me and moya have caught a really nasty flu bug, I've been off work for 4 days now, I think I will go back tomorrow, Wednesday, poor old Moya is still suffering a bit though, I think she will be at home until after easter.

Good that you were in Melbourne for the GP even though you didn't see it in the flesh so to speak.

The weather over here is still cold and damp, no sign of spring yet.

Lewis Hamilton - great result. Josh got up at 3am to watch the race live. Tom - see that the England rugby shirt is getting a good airing - well done. Kate is at home at the mo for a few days - straight home and out clubbing, haven't seen her yet. She's off to the Cheerleading Nationals over the Easter weekend, then her sports tour to Italy. Maybe you can catch her on the phone before she goes back Thursday morning. Josh and I are going to the Emirates next week to see Brazil v Sweden in a friendly. Last week I went to see Neil Young at the Hammersmith Apollo - awesome!

Weather still dull here - where is Spring? Mum and I have started planning our Rockies trip. Liz - don't forget - 1st October - 25th wedding anniversary! It's great that Monika and d*** are going to meet us over there.

You're obviously having a great time- love the photos. Melbourne looks very much like Sydney though - harbour bridge and Opera House! Your experience on the farm looks and sounds lovely - what a great idea.
