Hi Helen
Thought I'd just drop a line now that you are safely esconced down-under. Remember what we said about standing on your head!! I hope you are keeping a diary or at least a note of all that happens so that you can write a book when you get back and make your fortune. Sounds like Chapter 1 is full already! Have a wonderful time and enjoy. Luv Pam, Jeff and the crew

Hi Helen, Just had to stop this note due to your phone call. Lovely to hear your voice. Hope all goes ok at the
airport. Well it's a gloomy, cold, frosty Wednesday morning. So you are better off where you are! I am hoping
to go Christmas shopping in Southampton this afternoon with Auntie Chris - will look for a few goodies for you.
Dad has developed man flu and was banished to your bedroom last night as I know that his flu will last 24 hrs
and when I catch it it will last 24 days. It's very frosty in the mornings and makes you wonder about the
weather in St Ives over Christmas. You might get home before we do!! Adam phoned last night with his
Christmas list - typical Adam get your priorities right. He sounded fine and obviously wanted to know your
news. My wrist is still giving me pain although I am due at the physio again tonight . Kim has asked when you are going to alter the current location on the site because you have now arrived. By the way your friend Luke Emmons is related to someone who works at school. Small world. Anyway luv you. Take care. Mum & Dad xxxx

Yo, i got burnt yesterday! So now the suncream will be with my daily routine of cleanse, tone and moisturise. Great! Jet lag cought up yesterday, it was really weird, me and hanban went out for some dindins and it suddenly came over me, my eyes were red and blood shot and i kept losing my balance and talking absolutly no sense, which amused hanban greatly! We are picking up Teresa from the airport tonight and hanban is goin to take on the water taxi through the harbour and show us the opera house, really looking forward to start doing stuff like that. I'm constantly reading the lonely planet and at the mo i'm in a travellers centre where there is shed loads of stuff to do with free tinternet! Yesterday i took a wonder with some of hanbans flatmates into the centre and then wondered down to darling harbour, a good way to descirbe is gunwharf but 100 times better! I took some pictures so they will be on the site soon when i have a few more. Hope your all ok? Miss u all. Love Helen xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hey Hun, its the female body builder here! You sooooooooooooooooo no that will never happen. You'll be glad to know that I began my challenge before you even left the country - went swimming Sunday with Jules and to get over the shock of it I HAD to treat myself to a well needed McFlurry after! But I'm going to Aquatone with her and Eve tonight - we are determined, how long it will last though is another matter (especially where I'm concerned)! I'm glad you had a safe and "pleasant" journey, shame about the weather but at least it'll get warmer there eventually unlike here! The way you were knocking them back on Friday I'm surprised you didn't join the lady for a bevvie or 10!! No goss to update you on yet but I'll be checking your page everyday I'm at work to get the low down on yours. Forget to say last time - don't forget my autographs. Take care. Love ya loads. Me.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Helen, I'm glad to hear that you have made it safely. Well it is sunny here but it is 2 degrees. I am frozen. Thankfully you have a bit of "me" time before your other friend arrives. I could not do a 22 hour flight, my knees just hurt thinking about it. Your be proud to hear that we have all started the challenges that you have set us. I cant believe you managed to get Tasha down the gym, but I am pleased to report that she is doing really well. We are training here to become a female body builders (ha ha) (sorry tasha). Anyway I will speak to you later. Have lots of fun. Lots of love Holly Olly
Helen
Hello everyone and thankyou sooooo much for your messages. Well i made it. i'm in not quite so sunny Sydney, sods law! The flight was very dull, hot and cramped and i'd never recommend a 22hour flight again, its a killer! I was sat next to this lady who is from Yorkshire and went travelling 30 years ago and ended up living out here, married and has children and grandchildren. Nice lady, she gave me lots of advice and even invited me into the quantas lounge for posh people! I had a nice wash, free drink etc. Nicer compared to the public loo! Didnt see anything of Bangkok, airport was too far away but it is 33 degrees there! So anyway, this nice lady by the end of my flight was pissed! Great! She drunk champers for breakfast at 4am and got another bottle of red wine and kept it in her bag and then she started to snore! She was on my left and there was a nice ozy on my right that i dont think understood my fareham humour. D'oh!! All in all the flight was ok, dragged loads and it hits you just how far you are away. Anyway hannah met me at the airport, she looks very healthy and i looked rough! We went back to her flat and made a cuppa and i just met one of her flatmates who has invited me to the centre today, so i may do that and try and get my bearings. Tomoz teresa arrives and i think hannah is saving the opera house view and harbour views for then. Suits me, as i'm shattered! It is all to weird at the mo, i've seen xmas dec's and it just aint the same! Anyhoo, thanks again for all your messages. Holly, yes there were other pics, but remember this is a family website and well they just made me look more minging than i was. Kara has the cd of all the pics! Eve surprise me. I'll get hannahs address for you all soon! Missing you all, hugs and kisses Helen xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Can't belive how many messages you have already - you are obviously a very popular girl!! (Watch out in oz that could get you in trouble!!) It's great to see all the pictures of Friday night - so gutted I couldn't go (although proabably a good thing - coz I would definitely have been the most minging and photo evidence is never a good thing!) By the time you get back I won't have a big bump and we'll all be able to go out and celebrate your return! My brother looks as drunk as Gem said he was (Glad to see he's keeping up the family name!!) Have a FAB time mate - gonna miss you loads and boxercise just won't be the same without you! Look forward to hearing all about your journey and seeing photo's of Fronk! B X

Hi Helen on your adventure at last -I think by the number of messages youve got to read you are going to spend most of your time in Internet Cafes. I understand its been quite an adventure already. Enjoy
