Hi Helena. I have just been looking at your photo's and the neighbours photo's are great. You look like you are still having the time of your life and you finally look like you have a natural tan. Well it has been manic for me, are you sitting comfortably and I will begin. I went into hospital on Tuesday 11th to have my screws removed from my knee. I had the operation on Wednesday but was in a lot of pain Wednesday night. I saw the physio and doctor on Thursday who were complete d**kheads and didnt believe that my leg was hurting so much. I was really poorly on Thursday as I passed out twice and was sick several times so they did a scan on my leg which showed I had a blood clot/DVT in my calf. I now have to have weekly blood tests and take warfarin for the next 3 months like Julie. I spent a week in hospital which wasnt too bad as the women on my ward were funny. C was with me when I had my operation, he walked to the theatre with me and was there when I woke up. I didnt see him over Easter but he phoned me daily as I had my mobile with me (the nurses didnt mind). When I was allowed home I moved back in with mummy and daddy for a few days. C came and saw me on Friday and took me out for dinner which was nice. My leg is still sore but I am on the mend. The other news I have to tell you is I have finally sold the house. We move out on Sunday 14th May, I cant wait. Gareth is being difficult as he wants us to get back together, I have told him that we are over for good. I am now looking at flats to rent with C (I'll explain when you get home). I cant wait to see you in 2 weeks. I have really missed you. Love Holly Olly xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hey Helen! It's only a couple of weeks till you get home now! I went spinning yesterday and the lights went out in the gym do we had to do it in the dark! It also meant that the sauna wasn't working so I just had to swim instead! I am enjoying my spinning/swimming sessions on a Saturday morning, though it does absolutely knacker me for the rest of the day. Have been doing a few runs as well, getting started for the Race for Life and Great South Run, still not quite sure how I'm going to do them both, runni is so hard!!!! Lisa did say that she was going to do the GSR as well, so that should give me some motivaion! Oh and the fashion here is pretty much the same as when you left, lots of goths, emo kids and chavs. The rest of us are still wearing jeans and combats!!! Haha! Not much changes in Stubb! Looking forward to the night at Chicago's! See you then! Kara x

Hey Helena, Yes it has been a while since I have left you a little message so thought I would do it now while it's nice and quiet in the office. Had a busy few weeks with work and play, your birthday lunch that me, eve, holly & jen had was really really nice shame you couldn't of been there though! I've been down the West Country to good old Falmouth with work for a few days which was really nice. Not been there for so long forgot the hotel we use is on top of a hill and I wore heels, as you can imagine my feet blistered a good un!!! Came back to a hectic office as the only person in done absolutely jack whilst I was away so I was not happy, had a right old stress that day. Just been to Worcester over the easter weekend which was really lovely, it was like summer up there on Friday!! Had a fantastic weekend with Ant and his parents and sis and they are all so lovely, they called me the unofficial daughter in law - SCARY!!! Been up scum general a few times in the past week to see holly, not sure if anyone has put a note on or told so I will anyway. She had her screws removed from her knee last wednesday then found out on Thursday that she has got DVT in her calf which part of it has broken off and moved to here thigh. She is still in hospital at the moment, hoping to get out today but she's got to wait for her blood results to come back before they decide whether or not she can come out today. I'm glad you're enjoying your final few weeks, looking forward to 6 May for a good old knees up!! I should hopefully know by then how long Ive got left on my medication then I can plan in my unofficial birthday for summer (I want to be like the queen!!!). Just going to have a quick look at your photos before I get on with my work. I promise I will write again soon. Love ya loads, Jules xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hello Helen, don't worry hun I didn't have an easter egg either - don't think we missed out on that much altho I don't think Tasha will agree!!!! I went to Glasgow for the weekend with Mum and Dad to help out Auntie Margaret cos she is getting her whole house redone - kitchen, living room, bathroom, turning the cloakroom into a bathroom well you can only image the mess of the house and to top it of she has also broken her foot and can't do a thing. Took her to Morrison's on Saturday afternoon and I was quite upset she didn't get in a wheelchair - now that would have been funny. Got back yesterday traffic wasn't too bad this time. So back to boring old work today, got so much to do I don't know where to start. I am looking forward to you coming home. love ya and missing ya loads xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hello Helen. Glad you are still having a good time, ! Can't wait to see the tan. I have managed to get out of working on Saturday 6th May so I will definitely be at Chicago's to welcome you back. I bet it is a very strange feeling the thought of coming home as you have been out there quite a while now. I will go and have a look at your photo's now. Take care!
Hello to Gemma and Rob also, glad to hear you got there ok, as I heard the traffic round Heathrow was a nightmare on Good Friday. Did you sign up for the Great South Run? I think it is filling up quickly. I have been for another run today (although most of it was walking as I was in so much pain from spinning and swimming on Saturday). Have a good hol - see ya soon!
Looking forward to seeing everyone at Chicago's when Helen is back!!!

Hi Helen,
I have now joined you down under! It is abit colder down here where my mum lives, Can't wait to head up the west coast where the weather is warmer. I did brave a swim in the pool yesterday but the water was abit cold, very different to when we were out here before in Jan. We picked up my brother today so the station as he has come other as well. It is great to be together as a family again, although I think after spending 2 weeks all living together in a motor home we will be ready to kill each other. Planning a BBQ tonight and then having a belated christmas dinner tomorrow with presents, and then we pick up the motorhome on weds. Hopefully we will be able to meet up in exmouth!Anyway better go, enjoy the heat up there!
Love Gemma

Um hello, anyone out there? Or are you all stuffing your faces with choc eggs?! I have finally downloaded pictures for you all, i've put on the website melbourne through to alice springs. So you will see pictures of the neighbours party and street tour and my birthday night. When you look at adelaide to alice part1, 2, 3 make sure you do them in order as it will make more sence picture wise. Anyway i hope you enjoy them, i've got a load more pictures from alice up to darwin and kakadu and our big darwin night out, but i've been in global gossip far to long now, so next week m'dears!! Anyway, went out last night and ended up going to a gay bar called throb with some people from our tour up to darwin. Me and Andrea went to the loo and didnt know which door to go in as neither had a male or female sign just some lovely lepard print fur. We were in hysterics!! Anyway, had a little walk around darwin yesterday and vertially sweated all of my body fat off in the humidity. Sexy! Chilled today, slept and washed my clothes (horrah!) I ran out of pants today and so i'm wearing my bikini bottoms, it is quite a common look for travellers! Also my giant mossy bite has gone down, but now i have about 30 other bites on my legs which i hope are midgey bites and not sandflys from walking around in the forest in kakadu. Someone please remind me why i decided to come to the northern terrirtory?! Happy easter to you all? I'm back in 3 weeks!!!!!!!!! Love Helen xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
