There is a beach on the river in Rosario! Roario is inland, so was fascinated to see what this was all about! As you can tell, not quite the beach to expect.... but it had cafe bars, clubs along the front, as well as sand! Just the water at the end of the day, was a river, with markings to prevent people from going more than a metre or so out!
