We are at Coles Bay very nice caravan park lots of room. We had morning tea at Swansea a very pretty place the best of both worlds rural and sea outlooks. Mostly sheep around. There are a lot of these little idylic looking places in Tasmania. After setting up we went for a drive to Cape Tourville light house and Sleepy Bay. Visited Maria Island today a good day (if a little wet and cold) Had a two hour walk saw lots of wombats, surprised they were not curled up inside their burrows. Did not seem very worried about us we could walk up very close to them. We saw Cape Barron Geese and native hens. There were also Tasmanian Devil and Penquins and other sea birds, but we did not see those.

We left lovely Hobart today for Triabunna. We had morning tea at Orford sitting by the water very pretty. Traveled through Sorell where we did some food shopping looked a nice place busy. Caravan Park crowded but clean bathrooms

Rest Day. In the afternoon we went to the Transport Museum. Rained all day.

Big day today. 1st we visited Fortesque Bay Tasman NP. About 1/2 hour drive each way on un-surfaced road a very pretty bay good for campers (tents) and serious bush walkers, like 3 to 4 day walks. Port Arthur next . Very intertesting and pretty setting but also sad. Very Historic as a prison and the start of prison reform. Next Remarkable Cave and lookout.
