Hej hej! Had a lovely day in Stockholm. The sun was shining and I got my own private tour!! On the ferry from Turku I shared a cabin with 2 girls; one from Spain who was studying in Finland and on her way to see her boyfriend in France amd the other a French girl who was also studying in Finland. Yes we all got the whole story from each other...we had about 9 hours to kill. We did sleep a bit! It turned out the French girl also lived in Stockholm for a year ...

Catch up!! So much to say..... So we went on the Arctic Icebreaker!! It was awesome! We first had lunch which for me was sauted Reindeer with mash and lingonberry sauce. A Finnish specialty. (Steve, you'll be glad to know the mash was up to standard ). Then a tour around the ship and to the engine room etc... Snow Castle Finally arrived in Kemi. We missed are connecting bus for Rovaniemi to Kemi (we decided it must have come and gone in the 2 mins I didn't look out the window!!) so we wandered Rovaniemi again with our bags. I feel like I live there now as we've spent so much time there! Then we got the train later in the evening. Having arrived in Kemi the only way to get to our hotel, which was 3km out of town, was by taxi so we rock up in a taxi to what looks like...
