HEllo!!! had a fantastic time in Stuttgart yesterday- we went to a free open air showing of a live ballet!! even got inflatable cushions! also went to mineral baths and an eco festival where we had lush eco veggie burgers, hmmm. Bregenz beautiful, hope it doesn't rain tonight as the opera will be cancelled, otehrwise floating opera here we come! xxx

We arrived in Cologne this afternoon after stopping off for 2 hours in Dusseldorf to meet up with helen's German exchange partner, Anne. We ate in Macdonalds, and then had 30 minutes to see Dusseldorf. We have had a nice wander around cologne, and settled into our hostel, and have at last found a cheap internet cafe. We had to write quite quickly before, so this is just an update. We have done a canal tour in Amsterdam and generally wandered round soaking up the atmosphere, which generally involves sitting on benches. We have managed to resist the temptation of blowing all of our budget oin coffee so far. Will write again when we get to cologne.
