HUAIROU, Beijing Province: Had a lazy morning, and went shopping in the afternoon. Stocked up on cleaning products for the apartment, and got a bike taxi back home! Met the guys (Uli, Urs & Michael) at Mini Food Street this evening, but didn't join them for Disco 9-ing as we wanted to get up early tomorrow for some touristy things in Beijing City.

HUAIROU, Beijing Province: Had my morning lesson, but missed my afternoon class today. Because we've now officially living in Huairou, we had to go to the Police Station and register for temporary residence. HUAIROU, Beijing Province: Had only two lessons this morning, then in the afternoon we finally moved into our apartment! It's pretty nice - a big spacious living room with an enormous TV, a piano & 4 fish! Unfortunately no sofa, which is gonna be a bit annoying when we want to veg out in front of the TV. HUAIROU, Beijing Province: Happy Teacher's Day!!! My day started with a card from Class 2, and was followed with a candle/lantern present from Class 5, loads of individual cards from Class 8, a key ring from Minji (a Korean girl in Class 9), and a fish wind-chime from Class 9, so sweet! HUAIROU, Beijing Province: Ahhh, Tuesdays are my favourite day at the moment! Only one lesson, and it's Class 3 - which means they're higher ability (Class 1 = best, Class 12 = err not as good..). Playing hangman at the end of the lessons with them - figured a way of doing it that they really get into! I put them into two different teams - they get really excited about it, almost to the point where some don't wanna guess letters in case they get it wrong!
