Woke up to some camp manager come down to our campsite to tell the backpackers near us to leave – pretty loud he was too. About 20 people complained Sach said later – they were pretty bad though & also due to fact that they were pulling tree branches down around them for their fire – silly fools! I knew it must be father's day coming up but we have no calendar, my phone is telling me its 4 Jan 1970, no internet or phone for last 2 weeks ...

Sitting around the fire on the water's shore – can hear the ocean lapping on the sand below us – just far enough away to be out of the crocodiles’ path. Once again an absolutely awesome spot. Sitting amongst the palms (some just a tad prickly!), dinner eaten & the girls fast asleep – another full on day, or else they’re just still tired from yesterday! Still have no idea of the date or day of the week for the most part – couldn't tell you the time of the day either if I was asked I don’t think. Up early and out we go – little bit before 8am I think it was, heading up to Mitchell Falls camp site to go and walk down to the Mitchell Falls.
