I had a good chuckle over the Denver photos.....they are pretty povo, mate- especially the ones with stray heads in them. What were you thinking??? So lovely to have a chat the other day- even with the 5 sec delay. So glad to hear you are busy and having a wonderful time. Keep the photos rolling- I feel I am there with you.
Love you and take care

Hey Darlin,
How lucky are you!! Loved the photos of camp and how great to meet such generous people in Chicago. It looks absolutely beautiful. I now know how you dislocated your shoulder!! Going by the action photos of camp I am surprised you survived with only a dislocated shoulder! It's great to see you looking well and happy in Mark's beanie. I suspect you may have re-opened an old wound there! Keep appreciating your new friend's kindness for you are very fortunate indeed!! Look forward to more of your news,
Love You, Mum xxxxxx

hey gregg,
thought i'd just drop you a line cause i'm pretty bored at the moment.....how's all the camp crap and travel plans going?....uni has been really busy...i've had a lot of stuff due in lately so its been a bit hectic.....statistics is still the gayest subject ever....although management comes a close second....i've been put in this assignment group that won't listen to anything i say and all wanna do their own thing....so thats really annoying...plus i have this portfolio to do that is reccomended that you do at least 20000 words....( thats right....that isn't a typo)...the lecturer is also a w***er.....apart from that.....still meeting new people and having a great time on campus....pub crawl is next weekend so that should be interesting....julzy and ron finally bought their distiller...so i'm expecting some delicious home brewed spirits when i go home...which is in a month...time is really flying by...
not much else has been happening....hope all is well with you and your shoulder is healing nicely...i'll talk to you again soon
luv mark

What do you mean Mark's new beanie looks like the old tea cosy that I used to wear?.............I still wear it!!! to walk Mandy on the cold mornings and it doesn't look like a tea cosy. It keeps my ears warm and who cares what I look like!!!!!
Just think in a month or two you will be selling your soul to be wearing my beanie..........just say the word and I'll send it over to you!!!!!!! Love you, Mum xxxxxxx

Hi gregg
You can blame Teals for the yoga, she has done it for years and convinced me it would be good. It is, sought of!! Good for flexibilty, fine for her to say!! She keeps telling me she will email you, have you heard from her??
I went and saw a roo theatre production the other night. It was 'Allo Allo' which was a TV comedy series some years ago about the French resistance helping English pilots get out of France during World war II. It was very funny and Nick Higgins happened to playing one of the roles as the Italian captain. He was excellent and very funny as you would expect him to be. I hoped to catch up with him after the show but had to leave before he appeared. The only problem I had was this huge fat bloke (reminded me of the fellow in 'The meaning of life' that pigged out on food and exploded)sat beside me and took up half my seat as wellas his and half of the one the other side of him. Needed to move at intermission as I was getting back and neck pain from being squashed against the person on the other side of me. Quite amusing for everyone else, except me!
All is good here, work is busy. Good to hear your shoulder is OK. You must be looking forward to your trip before canada. Take care
love dad xo

Hey Gregg,
When are you coming home? Now that Mark has left there isn't anyone to keep me occupied during the day so mostly I sleep and scratch and wait for something to happen around here. Each time the door bell rings I race to answer the door thinking it's you or Mark but instead it turns out to be some door to door salesman or a stranger. I'm even missing the pizza delivery guy! No one comes and annoys me when I'm sleeping on the lounge anymore or plays with me so while your away remember I miss you heaps. I just want to give you a big lick on the face Mandy xxx

Hi gregg
We are all concerned about your shoulder so some more detail would be good.
Nothing much has changed, nan & Pop are good at the moment and the Roberts are all good. Mitch is trying to get into the Fire Brigade and Dean is enjoying his job at the Bowlo. Lyndsay is Lyndsay!
Things are very busy at work, long hours however relatively enjoyable. I think tehla said she sent you an email, did you get it? She mentioned she was sending one soon.
I have started doing Yoga on a Tuesday night which I am enjoying. Also doing a lot of running and walking and fairly fit at the moment.
Hope you are well and enjoying yourself and hope the shoulder has been properly treated??
Take care love dad xo

Hi Darlin,
Sorry to hear about your shoulder. I have 100 questions about it but I need you to ring me when you get a moment so that I can make sure everything is OK. I don't care if you call me in the middle of the night as I always have my mobile on these days and it's by the bed at night. Your shoulder may need further investigation and you need to look after it but I can't go into it on the message board. Call me, any time!!!!
Will send the group certificate details via e-mail. Work's good , have started jazzerise with Joanie on a monday night. Still freezing here and having fires every night. Getting ready to send Marko back to Townsville but he is full of Flu at present so he is pretty miserable. Hope to hear from you soon Lots of Love Mumxxxxxx

hey gregg,
definately haven't dropped off the earth...i've just been sitting around thinking about my beanie and waiting out at the letter box for that birthday present....i go back to townsville on the 6th of august so u might as well send it up there ( i presume you have the address)....its good to see that you haven't forgotten...cause i'm going to keep reminding you until it turns up..not much else has been happening...went into good old bulli high the other day to see smitty....was in there for about 3 hours...he wanted to know how u were and said to send him an email whenever you get the chance...i worked on the weekend in at the metro...geoff needed some help....sucks about the kids and the shoulder...i'm sure you dislocated it whilst belting the s*** out of em...thought i'd also let ya know josh failed dynamics again for the 3rd time... hahaha...we all got some laughs out of that...oh well my next entry will be from townsville so i might have some more exciting news...either way i'll be in touch.

Hi Matey,
Thanks for the e-mail - it's good to know you are well and busy. It's been a busy fortnight here. We had a lovely week with Pa who did his usual thing with the garage, pantry and kitchen. I worked at Wollongong on Sunday and have had numerous dinners out etc.
Mandy had her vaccinations and while we thought she had put on weight she weighed in at only 8.8kg - she just looks bigger in her winter coat! (That's our excuse and we are sticking to it!!!) Her knee reconstruction is fine with no sign of arthritis and I am preparing her for the impending departure of Marko next weekend. It remains cold and wet most days, not that any is falling in the catchment. Take care and keep having fun. Love you, Mum xxx
