Hi Laura thank you for your phone call Saturday morning it was great to talk to you and I know everyone else was pleased too.Tracey and Steve's wedding was wonderful,she looked absolutely beautiful and it couldn't have gone better.It was quite emotional too especially after Kirsty read her poem she had written.We all had a super day and smashing weekend.You were both greatly missed though,so constantly in our thoughts.

Thank you Dina for your good wishes.We couldn't believe it,the rain had just stopped as my Niece arrived and by the time they walked out of church the sun was shining.

I've been told off from Deanie for not writing on this msg board. So sorry, here it is. I'm so pleased you are having an amazing time and everything looks so beautiful. The photo's are brilliant! You have done so much in the time you have been away. Deanie you have been so brave doing lots of things I never thought you would do like holding animals at a zoo! Scuba diving sounds scary and has put me off slightly ever trying it myself.

Hi Everyone - well...whoever's left...

Sounds as if some of you have a lot more fun to come. Just cos everyone is off doing their own thing doesn't mean that you won't meet up on the blog. It's been such a good way of knowing what everyone, all over the place is doing.

Alex flew out to Italy yesterday to stay with his girlfriend and her family. He had bags of valium and various other chemical substances, made his luggage a bit bulky and tricky, especially as he can only lift with one arm. We got the doctor's letter translated into Italian so he was all ready for being stopped by the sniffer dogs. He got there safely though, the only problem being at Heathrow where they wanted to do a body check and asked him to lift up his arm. Not really possible with a sling on!! Anyway, it's 35 degrees out there, just what he needs.

I've just started doing a TEFL course (teaching English as a Foreign Language) and will be working with all the other students the whole of next weekend. Loads of work to do beforehand, quite hard writing essays when I've been out of formal education for so long! If all goes well, I'll be travelling within the next few years, too. Bit scared of crawlies, though, so may have to start by teaching in Europe first - well, maybe England first...

Well, back to learning the basics of grammar - you'd think I'd know it by now!
