Came up in blazing sunshine. Beautiful scenery. People in the Lake. Did some jobs and ate outside but too hot to sit in sun.

Heading home today after lovely time with Gail. Snow back on Snowdon and a miserly day. Called at Holywell to look at Glengarth which looked exactly the same and very spruce tho it has changed its name. There is a large Lidl on the business site!

Lots of lovely sunshine today and snow gone off Snowden. Interesting trip to Plas Newydd. Fascinating family history and a stunning position on the Menai Straits. Back to the cottage for lunch then off to Penryn Castle which is immense and fascinating. Had a fabulous meal at Moo Baa Oink. A lovely day.

Travelled down to spend a couple of days with Gail T Henllys Hall,a HPB property. As usual a stunning location and a commodious and well maintained cottage. Good to see Gail looking well. After coffee walked down to the Village and along the pier. Lovely place with some nice independent shops. Beautiful sunshine and heavy showers. In afternoon had lovely walk from Pennines ruined Priory to Perch Rock lighthouse and over the headland. Stunning views of Puffin I...

Sad to say goodbye to everyone and exchange small gifts. Travelled fast and smoothly in front of. The rain southwards to Ambleside to pick up Mother. Lovely afternoon with Charlotte and family and Steve and Jo and their girls. Managed to mow the lawn before heading home.
