So when we run these rapids there are a couple saftey measures that are taken. For instance, we do not go alone. A different boat called the safety cat goes ahead of us. Then after that is a safety kayak. Then us. The purpose of having two others lead us is so that if we lose someone and they go past the raft, the next person can pick them up. Now, I'm not one to say anything, but I wasn't too sure what to think when our safety cat flipped in what was supposed to be a realatively easy rapid.
