Drive south to Tenuta Vannulo Buffalo Farm http://www.vannulo.it/eng/home.html Tried the buffalo mozzarella. Capuccino and canolli made from buffalo milk. On to Paestrum for a look at the ruins. Spent the late afternoon at the resort swimming and playing scopas. Big celebration in town tonight. Loads of load crackers and boat procession. More pizza at Aequa Pizzeria.

A down time day. Boys played soccer, tennis and swam in the pool. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on apartment balcony; soaked up the amazing view.

Mini cruise on San Valentino from Sorrento harbour. Capri; swim at Faraglioni (mind the jellyfish). Amalfi Coast; li Galli (Islands of the mermaids), Positano and Amalfi. Stroll around Amalfi, limon gelato and swim at the beach. Cruise back to Sorrento. Dinner at Aequa Pizzeria (again).

Spent to morning around the pool. You could get any shaped body out here and not feel uncomfortable. Afternoon drive into Sorrento to organise boat tour for tomorrow. Stroll around streets, lemons galore. Further along the winding coast to Massa Lubrense. Gelato at port. No supermarkets open on Sunday. Italy played a 1-1 draw against Spain in European Cup 2012. No Ireland v Croatia coverage.
