Bru na Boinne Visitors Centre and Newgrange passage tomb 5000 years old. Sunlight hits the tomb on December 21 (Winter Solstice). Lunch in Slane and visit to Hill of Slane. Joel loved the ruins of the church and abbey where St Patrick lot his fire.

Gorey to Kiltale via Wicklow Gap. Farm stay at Kiltale House. Milked goats and cows and fed chickens, ducks, sheep and goats. Dinner at Castle Arch Hotel Trim.
