Today is sunny and mild, the perfect weather for the Kelly family reunion. Tina is convinced it is divine intervention.
We gathered at Mary and Peter's home to reconnect and meet with Tina's cousins. It was great for her to see familiar faces and to meet the next generation of Kelly cousins, lots of laughs and "remember this" happening.
After a rousing (and competitive) game of Kelly Family Trivia (with Mary Lou's team winning by a hair) we had a fantastic potluck dinner with barbecued local sausage, chicken, selection of salads and delicious desserts, with special acknowledgement to Eileen's pecan pie - WOW. A great big thank you to Mary Lou and Peter for opening their home to us for the reunion and a big thank you to all those who attended - you are wonderful !!!!!
