It's been a couple of very relaxed days in Marrakesh since getting back from a 3 day/2 night excursion to the Sahara. I had to get up at 6am to have breakfast and then meet the guide at 7am to be taken to the tour van. Along the way we stopped at other hostels to pick up others also doing the tour. I arrived in Marrakesh last night and things got interesting straight away. The first thing I did after getting through the passport control was to get some local currency. Inside the airport were a bunch of exchange places and right next to these were 3 ATMs. One was out of order and the other two refused to accept either of my cards. Now I was starting to get a little worried as I only had 5 euros on me which apparently wasn't even enough for the exchange place...

Well from what was going to be a day trip from Malaga ended up in 4 nights in La Línea de la Concepción which is the small Spanish town on the border of Gibraltar. This was part due to laziness, weather and sickness. My first issue was that to make a full day trip out of it I would have needed to catch a 7am bus from Malaga. Seville is probably my favourite place in Spain so far. Not even really sure why to be exact, just something about it clicks with me. The area near my hostel is a nice plaza with heaps of restaurants, cafes and bars which is nice. And actually unlike anywhere else I've been they actually seem to have decent bars here.
