Hi Guys just catching up on your blog after a fantastic week at Ardtoe. Beaches look fab but hey not as good as the singing sands all to yourselves on a really WARM October day!!! We have had the most brill weather flat calm sea every day for a week that is some going, the guys in the other vans go to school with Gavin so he spent his time kayaking, rock climbing, cycling and swimming for 2 hours every night with them, we canoed, swam, walked & generally had a great week. Shona is having a great time in Edinburgh. Keep enjoying yourselves & blow the budget, there are physios on every street corner in Oz so you'll soon make it up again!! Max Shona & Gavin say hi too

Alright you lucky dogs. To inform Mr 12 o'clock shadow, we were beaten by Annan 22-10. Baz is injured with ligament damage in his knee from last weeks game v PL .I was injured by the Grunter on Tuesday night. As the swine through me to the ground, my side landed on his knee so i have internal bruising around my pelvis. I just have restricted movement and its not sore because i don't over stretch it!! Caleb and Crawford played in the Centres. Scotland just played too conservative a game against the Argies. Kicked well but needed to run it more and we also made a few fundamental errors. As usual! All is well and Rojo looks as if he has potential to become the next Craig Gordon. Yesterday in the sun he was not scared of getting his body behind the ball when we were shooting at him in the back garden. Enjoy your Chill time at the Beach.

We're both enjoying your updates. Jen and I are so Jealous, it brings back so many memories. You both look healthy, happy and chilled.

However, it looks like Gillon's world famous 12 o'clock shadow has moved into daylight saving and is taking up half of his face. Hope its a look that Jenni appreciates. Don't worry mate thats all everybody talked about when our travel blog started. They seem to forget that you and I were no oil paintings before the beards.

On the home front Rangers are joint top of their champions league group after pumping Lyon in France and The magnificent Celtic beat AC Milan 2-1 before some drunken diddy came on and clotheslined DIDA (or so Dida would have everybody believe). Looks like Uefa will throw the book at us. That should bring a smile to your beardy face.

Scotland vs. Argentina in Rugby quarter finals tommorrow.
