I once saw a Liger in OK magazine. It was fun and big, it could eat up to 100 pounds of meat per meal!!! FUN FUN FUN. me and Chilli are looking at that very Liger right now. It is snuggly. I am also reading a paper which has a picture of a certain snow leopard on it.

Hello George and Myles
I've just driven back from doing a few gigs down south (no, no not that far south - Reading was the most remote) and have just been catching up with your experiences in Russia so far. Great stuff. Don't worry, the most horrendous experiences always make the most entertaining stories once you get back home. You'll be able to dine out on them for years!
Safe travelling, and all the very best

Hi George,
What an amzing site this is! It's great to see how you're getting on. I bet Moscow is stunning. Sam has now moved the globe down to the living room and knows exactly where you are and has told a few bemused guests. He's a bit jealous of the snowman making potential over there, as our 12" attempt in the garden had the lifespan of a gnat - he was deeply unimpressed to find nothing but a few stones and twigs and a forlorn lump of carrot nose the next morning! He's finally finished the Shrek2 Gameboy game and is now seriously into the DVD. Puss in Boots ios his favourite and he's taken to doing "cat-with-hairball" impressions which is a bit disturbing to people who don't know the link (especially on the No 46 bus at 8 in the morniong!!). Anyway, he has his own e-mail address now so will get him to tap you a message. Have lots of fun - Belinda's just arrived to brief me! Off to work... Annie xx Sam xx

Hi Georgie - we have finally got through to your Website at last! not easy for us! Enjoyed reading all your up to date news. Your train journey sounded rather uncomfortable - commuting by train in the UK is not too good either! We have taken a print of your first lap as we are concerned we might lose the original in our electronic filing system. Keep warm and comfortable, eat well but most of all keep safe. We love you lots and will be thinking about you. Take care. Nan and Grandad xxxx

Hi G & M - just caught up with your travel news, it sounds as if everything - except the water - is as wondeful as expected. How fantastic that your guide has first hand knowledge of your next stop - you could get some really useful info. Hope the thermal undies are keeping out the cold, lots of hot toddies are called for. Have you had a good feast of Russian Vodka yet? that'll keep the cold out. So happy all is going well. Keep us all up to date as best you can. Have lots of fun.....love to you both - A xxx

Hi, Myles and George, we all miss you, have you lost that bloody bear yet! Please tell me you haven't photograhed him strapped to the Kremlin!
How is it the first message we get is nothing about the culture...Internet cafe playing counter strike! Oooh please.
Please send photo of Myles cleaning teeth in green water!
Shame about the loft Myles....The new lodger is doing fine and paying lots of rent!
Love. Mum and Dad

Suprised eh? Bet you thought I'd be ever so IT challenged. But, you know desperate times calls for desperate measures! Of course the stuff about palaces and churches is lovely. But what I really want to know is whether you're wrapping up warm and whether you've found anything to eat apart from beetroot soup?
How's Myles managing to clean teeth in green water? Must be a nightmare. Not sure chlorophyl makes the ideal mouthwash. Imagine baths must be something akin to steamy, stagnant ponds. Would advice you try to avoid ingesting the green stuff.
Have you had a chance to get your skates out?
Hope you enjoy the overnight train to Moscow. I wonder how far removed it is from my image of the Orient Express? We want to know everything.
V glad you arrived safely. Am looking out eagerly for your messages. All my love, mum.
