mum and dad showing appropriate fear of scary spiky fish. this fish, we were told, lives in the lake and can grow up to 5 metres or more in length. and its the most deadly animal there. Although theres sharks also in the lake, they stay to the deep water. However these spikey fellows come to the shallows and can take off an arm in one sweep! Lots of fishermen have problems with them, as they get caught in the nets, and the fishermen unaware of their presence will get stabbed or slashed when they put their arms in to get their catch out!!!
