Am v.jealous of you going to las vegas! But have decided there is no point whatsoever in me going to the US till im at least 21. I cant do anything there! That can be another trip though - maybe 21st bday present mum?
Am still working my poor little self down here, what with teaching and such . . . . . . . . Im happy tho coz all my students in my fav class passed (altho it was me who wrote the exam).

Sounds exacting work teaching, but know you're up to it - hope they all appreciate you. We're ok in Drayton, at last we seem to be having a 'bit' of pleasant weather,not before time I can tell you. well we made it through Easter without you - though remembered you fondly as we sang the songs from the CD. Hope you are enjoying the orphanage - though that sort of thing can be heart rendering can't it. Perhaps I should get you to do some psychological tests for me - all those children in one place it would be so good for an undergrad research project!!! Philippe loves peru & is really jealous you are there. He actually nearly got arrested on suspicion of being a drug courier because he used to go in & out of the country so often. The police burst into his hotel room one morning - luckily an alert hotel receptionist telephoned the university & and ex peruvian president came to his rescue - he has friends in high places! He also got an upgrade to business class when he flew back to the UK - Philippe will see what he can do for you!!! having trouble sending this a I need "Safari" - i'm so technical. We actually have broadband now in St. Marcel xxxxxxx

Glad you had a great (civilised) time in Miami with the family. Hilary & Jim (and Nina) will no doubt tell us all about it on Friday. Who would have thought you would be teaching - it only seems five minutes ago that you were attending junior school!
Anne & I are looking forward to our trip, just 4 weeks to go to Las Vegas/Grand Canyon/Napa. Must get an Elvis outfit in Las Vegas!

Hi Chloe glad you arrived safely, and are enjoying Peru. It was great meeting up with you in Florida, we all had such a good time, and are missing it too, not so good being back at work, with the temperature around 14! Its alright for some!! Hey Hun!! I hope u had a great time in Miami, is such a cool place and I'm sure it was nice to have some nice food and a nice place to stay, I feel sad now because Holly is leaving us really soon, Dune is not going to be the same without her, but she wont miss it at all; we miss u and if u stay with Holly in Cancun 2 work over there, you are more than welcome to stay with my parents as well. they're really nice and well Holly knows them.

We all had an amazing time and florida- i was v.sad to leave,but alas a new journey awaits me! Dont know i jims got to read your emails yet as there isnt really an abundance of internet cafes in the states.

Chloe so nice to get journals and messages again, have really missed them Spoke to Jim and Rick about five mins ago. They were all on the beach soaking up the last of the sun before setting off home. I heard you had been seen off on a bus, on your way to Peru for six weeks at the orphanage. I think we all really knew you might stay on, so that's no surprise.
