Eds sashimi in the french restaurant koh jum
King mackerel sashimi with soy ginger wasabi.
Unbelievable. Cut like butter. Soft fresh light sea tasting.
The fish didn't taste like mackerel at all. Must be different fish entirely. Let me know if you know about this. :)

Really Great day out. Rented a long tail boat to go around the islands.

Gorgeous day. We were served this lunch of chicken fried rice on the boat. Best views ever for lunch :)
Biggest storm on the way back. All of us properly soaked :) great adventure though.
