Can't resist a plate of crinkle chips for a dinner/snack. Tomato sauce was homemade or else just a non heinz brand so a thiner consistency and more vinegary. Don't need a real dinner so this was great. Tomorrow will be a light day :)

Crab fried rice to go with the crab curry. A great idea to make your dish go further. This rice didnt have soy in it. Would eat this on its own with some lettuce.

This was a feast of a lunch. Crab with curry sauce. Rather spicy and nice consistency. Not too thin or rich. The crab is really fresh and has a nice flavour even on its own.

Steamed fish with lemongrass and scallions. Very garlicky too but the mild Thai garlic. Lots of soy. Really well cooked. Perfect mid week dinner at home to warm your cockles.

Freshest fish. Think it was barracuda. Breaded deep fried with chilli sauce. Perfectly cooked. Melt in your mouth.
