Stayed up last night until about 3 am ...normal bedtime about 9.30 :) because man utd were paying so we got the keys of our tv and bar. Great night. Well except that man u were beaten by Norwich ! So this morning no run or porridge. But a very late brunch. Winner.

Baked Cheesecake. Think this was bought in as was made with real cream cheese and you can't get that here. But dry. The absence of cream on the side should just be substituted with a light coulis. Still a great treat all the same. Had to stay focused so I got some before ed munched it all :)

Mixed salad. Very Asian pretty indeed :) all crinkle cut. Dressing was oil white wine vinegar and black pepper.

Steamed Crab with garlic and pepper. Really healthy. Really tasty.
