Delicious morning glory with garlic and oyster sauce. Bit of chilli this time too which was a nice kick. Tastes like bok choi but less watery.

Who'd have thought half a baguette could be so satisfying :).
Egg chicken salad, toasted baguette with mayonnaise. Wasn't on the menu but they are so lovely here.

Lashed rain all morning so didn't think we'd get out for run. Got break in clouds and had great run and swam in the rain. Proper weights session after too.
