Just a quick pic of the pier I took as the lights changed. When I can walk I'm def coming back for a better look!

So I was determined to see "something" while in Santa Monica. We found a park and took this pic. I'd been using the crutches for only 5 minutes so it was kinda awkward but I made it. Once the pic was taken though it was right back in the car and home to rest!

Well only one more sleep! The alarm goes off in just under 6 hours and the adventure begins! Seem to be packed. I had a bit of a freak out tonight with registering the final travel plans with DFAT. Got VERY good at entering Brenton and my mobile numbers for every stop. Also learnt a bit of German geography as to which area to pick. Managed to fit in a haircut as well! Last chance for 2 months :)

Well! Made it through customs fairly smoothly. Business Class gets you a priority check in AND a priority customs line!!! I think that's our plane!! We are sitting in the Air NZ lounge. The post mix is terrible but it's nice to just chill out for a minute!
