Hi Vicky (and Lorna), who needs Ayres rock? Last night I went out into the graden and laid down on the wet dank grass while the cold air froze my breath, I looked up into the sky and wondered at the clouds of polution laced with acid rain. I thought I saw a star, but it was an ember from next doors bonfire. Still it was peaceful, I could only hear dogs barking, the neighbours rowing and the local kids charging about on mini motor bikes....... Can I come and stay with you!

Hi girls just want to let you know what you are missing. Its been raining none stop today. Its sooooo cold and it was dark by 4.00pm. Don't you just wish you were back in blighty instead of Oz. P.S. Do you think you could send some sunshine for the weekend!!

('The sky was so very clear, we could even see our to nears galaxies and well as dozens of shooting stars- amazing!!! Although we were feeling tired we just didn't want to shut our eyes, the sky was so beautiful we just wanted that moment to last'.)

That so much reminds me of my time in Canada. When your that far out in the wildness and away from all the light pollution some of the things you see in the night sky are amazing.

I'm so glad this trip of yours is turning out to be wonder after wonder.
