Hi Guys

Am now in Byron Bay.. The pics of the animals are from Taronga zoo... tried to write a blog entry after putting on pics but my time ran out.

Not updated this for a while as have been on surf camp! Which I nearly didn't make, I couldn't find the pickup point again! I seem to be making a habit of it... I was running round like a mad women with my suitcase trying to find the right street. People must have thought I was crazy.

Anyway finally made it with minutes to spare. The first night we had dorm like accommodation in the middle of no-where. Went surfing for the afternoon and had a party that night! I might lots of nice people but forgot to take my camera out. Hopefully will be able to get some pics of my new mates to put on here! The second day we headed up the coast and did some more surfing and had a video night. On the third night we camped out, which was great, we were right by the beach.. but no showers but there was one toilet between 40 of us! It was camping at its best.. that night we had some punch etc and sat around the campfire it was a great laugh! Some of the people ganged up on me as I fell asleep by the fire and they were trying to steal my shoes, well so they tell me... I was obviously so tired I dont really recall that! :)

I saw some kangeroos in the wild, they are really great.. so curious.. I walked up from the beach and for some reason turned around and saw 4 kangeroos all standing there, staring at me! I sat down and watched them for a bit. I really wanted them to jump around.. but they just stood, twitching their ears and looking at me.. I love them.

Last night I arrived in Byron Bay and all the surf camp went out for a meal and then onto a place called cheeky monkeys.. it was a great laugh.

think I have bored you all enough for today!~

Oh yeah and the surfing was good.. but its a shame I wasn't so good!
