Onto Phuket after a minibus ride a lot longer than been told but we were more than used to this happening by now into our last week of travelling! Finally we arrived at our hotel which we were both very excited about because for the first time in our travels we had a swimming pool!!! It was not long before we were both in there!

Waking up the next morning with blue sky and sun was the best start to our week so of course we spent half the day at the beach and half the day by the pool which we intended to do for the whole week provided the weather stayed this way!!

The second day the weather was not so good but we were not to bothered as were both keen to try out some surfing as you could rent a surf board on the beach for £3, so we did in the rain and cloud went surfing managing both to stand up a couple times before realising the waves were a lot stronger than we had thought so we had a bit of dramatic scene for a few minutes! But we survived and then decided to stay shallow for the next few attempts at surfing!!

The rest of our days were spent either at the beach (yes we got lots more sun and blue sky) or by the pool apart from me getting ill again in between and having a couple days in our last week travelling was as chilled out as it could be!!

Our last night we had a nice meal out by going to the same restaurant we had been going to for yes the whole week!!! We were very well known the only difference this time was that we had beer with our meal to bring our travels to an end and look over our experiences together!

After spending a week here and deciding to fly back to Bangkok because we had finally had enough of the long and cramped bus journeys we were off in a taxi to the airport for a very long day of waiting and hanging around for our main flight home to England :(((

The day went by very slowly as you can imagine flying to Bangkok then having a 9 hour wait or so for our next flight but gradually the day past and soon enough the waiting was over and we were really leaving to come home, by this point we were just excited to be home after all the waiting around however sad our adventure had now come to an end!

Two flights and a stop over in Dubai and we were homeeee!!!!! Greeted at the airport and seeing everyone was so exciting!! Next was just to try and settle down into normal life which was the not so easy bit!

Our 3 months are something that we will both never forget and for sure is something we will always want to re live! But now our uni and studying lives begin and we are back into reality for now!
