Well done girls that sounds like quite a stroll! Remember alcohol on the days leading up to an arduous trek doesn't help altitude sickness but I guess you've worked that one out? Hope you get some good well earned R&R on the beaches of Costa Rica. I have given Seb your email address Lottie as he flies out to Panama on Saturday but how close you will be I havn't worked out.
