Hi Emma, all this hi tech stuff does my head in - got an e mail from you today pointing at another website - will give it a try - hope you are able to pick up this message. Me and your dad had a great weekend mountain biking in the Malvern Hills - sounds pretty tame compared to your adventures though. You must ask your dad to e mail you the phot of "Horny old Road!!! - definately one for us middle aged men.
Your Mum is made up with everything you are doing and regularly speaks to me about it all - dads must be proud of your adventurous spirit - we will get you on skis yet!!!!

Amey, I have just read the journal entry about your bungee jump. Every time I think about it my head spins and I want to be sick. I don't know how you did it and I think somehow it is worse being tied to someone so you have absolutely no choice when the nightmare strikes. I think you are incredibly brave and never again say that Becky tried to kill you - she will be a walk in the park after that experience. Glad you are all having a good time. The glacier hike sounds amazing. Lots of love. XX
