Well we thought we'd actually tear ourselves away from sunbathing at the lagoon and actually do something active for today and so headed up the mountains to Kuranda. Right! Where to start! Ok, I suppose before I tell you about the wondrous Uncle Brian (but really Uncle Bart tour) I should tell you about the great Crepe war of 2006! Being the big piggys that we are, Emmy and I decided to treat ourselves to a crepe pancake thing on the way home the other night - twas massive and packed with fruit and cream and the like. My birthday my birthday!! Oh so very much fun!! First off was the great birthday pancake hunt of 2006! We went everywhere looking, ordered the last lot one place had, then 20 minutes later got told they had accidentally sold them to someone else! So instead we went and had birthday scones!! OH so good! Then we went to the birthday market which Em and I accidentally spent loads of money at last week buying pretty presents for ourselves! We were dead good this time...
