Although we didn't make it into the cemetery de Recoleta (where Eva Peron is buried), we were able to enter the Basilica de Nuestra Senora Pilar--built in 1716. It has crypts that lead into underground tunnels that once connected the basilica to other sections of the city (havent done that tour... YET).
