Today started off great! We had a complementary breakfast, checked out of our hostel then guess who we randomly met on the streets of Kuala Lumpur... We arrived at 6.40 am in Kuala Lumpur after a very cold night, it really was freezing! We ate some breakfast at the station and headed to this hostel, called monkee inn, that the Scottish guy told us about. We had a look around the city today. There were loads of Chinese temples and lots of historical monuments. The temples were very extravagant and impressive, especially Khoo Kongsi, the largest temple on Penang. Its also been in the film "Anna and the King". Time for lunch and Little India, shops and stalls selling everything from saris to bollywood music. We each had a chicken tikka masala, which was very tasty. Another early morning, after maximum four hours sleep the alarm woke us up. Time to go to Malaysia!
