HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! Can't believe 2006 is over, it's gone so quickly! Hope you had a fantastic night in Sydney and the New Year celebrations were everything you hoped they would be. Told you about Emily crawling, well she's now pulling herself up to standing and even taking a couple of steps whilst holding on to a hand, it's all happening so quickly, think I'm going to be very busy keeping my eye on the little monkey. OH MY GOD becky thats fantastic news i am so happy for you, its fantastic and like you said about time!!!!! oh wish i was there to go out and celebrate on new year with you, will be thinking of you definately!! when i come back i want to be involved in the planning of the big day somehow!. I 'm not back till april so unless you postpone the party (which is too big an ask) we will definately have our own celebration night out so i can get to see the gorgeous ring! Hi hun, how you doing? All is well here but not much to report really! Been doing the Christmas shopping and I'm going to put up the decorations at the weekend. Your niece is very nearly crawling (I think I've been saying that for ages now!), she gets on all fours and rocks, which is hilarious to watch but doesn't actually get her anywhere! She did manage to go from crawling position to sitting position yesterday which she was quite pleased about, think she'll be on the move very soon so I feel sorry for the cat and the Christmas tree! Hi Elles, Just had a much needed catch up with your website. I am guessing you were on the magical kiwi bus too! (the trip to the pancake rocks and puzzleing world gave it away!) we are on Kiwi too, feels a bit like being on a school trip, but we met some great people so it was all good bro (spot my NZ lingo!)

we are in Wellington at the mo, and heading up to Taupo in a few days - no more sky diving though! Kaikoura has been my favourite stop by far - amazing sperm whales, killer whales and swimming with dolphins!
