Hi Guys,
Hope all is well with you both and that Mary got my birthday wishes email.
I have just caught up on all your photos, vids and blogs and enjoyed them very much! Joey you should write - you have the gift and the soul for it! I enjoyed the blog about the meditation and want to highly recommend a book that's helped me loads and my clients too, it takes Eastern Mind Awareness one step further - The Happiness Trap by Russ Harris.
Cleo and I had a lovely time in London and Devon on our family reunion, I have become aware of how quicly time flies and am mindful that my time with them is so precious. It was super going to Paris with my Bro and Sis. We are now inspired to spend Christmas all together (minus the folks) and travel up to LiJiang, not sure how yet but we want to experience the over-night train (but not for the whole 3 days or however long it takes to get there?) may go via Kunming?
Love you and miss you guys, Hope Shenzi is well-healed and you are still enjoying your travels.
Talk soon. Much love Nikki and Cleo xxx

Hi. Martin from Fethiye here. Enjoyed the photos of Olympus and Goreme... mine of Goreme, Fethiye etc are all on my Facebook page (Martin Spafford) at http://www.new.facebook.com/profile.php?id=636740209 . Good luck with the plans for Morocco and Egypt. Morocco: get to Essaouira and into the High Atlas and/or right across the Atlas to Ouarzazate. Egypt: if you want to do a Nile cruiise make it between Luxor and Aswan so you see the best of the Nile and pass the temples of Edfu, Esna and Komombo. If you stay in Cairo, do medieval Islamic Cairo (walk from Ataba down Muski Street all the way to the markets, then past Al Azhar and walk the length of Muizz Il Din Illah through Bab Zuweila (medieval gate) until you reach Sultan HAssan mosque and the Citadel. Other highlights: Ibn Tulun Mosque (good place to rest in the hot afternoon), City of the Dead (for a late afternoon view), Old (Coptic) Cairo -- take the waterbus from outside the Ramses Hilton. Ehyptian Museum. Easiest way to travel through Cairo: the underground.
