Japanese influence are prevalent in Hawaii. And we had no problem finding good quality Japanese food at Okazu-ya (lunch counter) at local grocery store. They had varieties of Poke (Chopped Raw Fish with soy-sauce, mayo, hot sauce, or could be kimchee) and we had to try at least 4 kinds. They even had a rice to go with. Paying only $15 made us completely full and made us happy!
