There are 3 Hawaiian sea turtle: Green Sea Turtle, Hawksbill Sea Turtle, and Soft-shelled Leatherback. All of them are endangered. Hotel we stayed in Kona was by beachfront where 4 - 8 turtles comes in the morning and evening to feed. We were lucky to observe them for a while.
