From beside the lookout, a 1-mile paved road leads to the valley. It's so steep that only hikers and 4WD vehicles are allowed. The hike takes about 30 min down and 45 min back up. Next day, we suffered from major muscleache. PS. Our friend, Jeff Driscoll was there on the same day, and rode his Harley-Davidson down and up safely. He is crazy!
