Arrived this morning in the lands of Malaysia, in the big city of Kuala Lumpur ( it was hotter than bangkok! Felt like 45 degrees!) P.s. met a really nice boy from kent who was travelling on his own at the airport before we flew as well. We had an interesting flight, with a 20 minute period which scared the lives out of me and Jess as it was so strong that the stewardess actually fell on a man and everyone's food was flying everywhere (just imagine a good old food fight hehe) The taxi man (was pretty dumb as he did not know where he was going and started asking us for directions ha) from the airport took us to our 5* hotel where all the staff were lovely! Held doors open, did the lifts, helped anywhere you needed all with smiles on their faces! Our room was lovely with the biggest shower you've ever seen and the TV actually had DISNEY CHANNEL!! (We are still kids at heart after all ;) ) Then all of a sudden the skies turned dark, dark grey and black in places and thunder and lightening started ( literally just as me and Jess were about to get in the lagoon pool it closed! Our luck haha!) the storm lasted for ages and it's still currently raining now at 5.30 so hopefully it'll stop soon! Right I'm off for another sleep as Jess is currently asleep whilst I'm writing this.
