The very Best Mumm Champagne
This lock up area of the caves contains some of the older champagnes still in existence dating back to the late 1800's. Apparently it is still in good condition and very drinkable as the caves keep it at a constant temperature of 10 degrees year round. It also still contains sediment in the bottles which acts as an antiseptic to stop the wine deteriorating.
