The old city is in a lovely setting and is a pleasure to visit, it is a wanderers paradise as everything is so close and joined by good roads and there are no restrictions as to where you go and what you do. We saw people climbing over everything even the taller buildings as it seems you are responsible for your own safety which is probably how it should be. The ruins are scattered over a considerable area and we did not see everything in our full day trip but what we did was thoroughly enjoyable.
