The promenade or park as we would call it is just delightful. It is in three main sections with another this size having similar water features and the third section given over to a huge playground. It is constantly full of people enjoying the water features and just relaxing on the many seating areas throughout the park areas. This is the back yard of the French people as most live in quite small apartments in large blocks so do not have access to the traditional back yard as we know it. These are very social gathering places to stroll and watch the children play and just to sit and read the paper as many do. The areas have beautiful gardens and are a wonderful thing to have in the city area for people to enjoy.
