Musee Rodin
The building was originally a hotel built in the 1730's and has been lived in by. Entrepreneurs, Duchesses, Papal legates, Russian ambassador 's, Sacre Coure nuns who ran it as an aristocratic girls school and finally by artists such as Rodin and others. After Rodin donated his artworks to the state it was turned into a museum in 1919 unfortunately this was after Rodins death but it is a great legacy to the French people.
