It sounds like you're having the most amazing time, im so envious! Apart from the scary bits - 13,000 ft sky dive and Grade 3 rapids! thats so wicked and quite brave - or mad!?

I can't believe how much you've done sounds amazing. So typical you turning down most peoples dream of swimming with dolphins for a couple of hours sunning yourself! When you said the other day you were in a bar drinking shots from a teapot, i take it you don't mean shots of tea, sounded interesting!?

Glad you're keeping us all updated - just to let you know how rubbish it feels being stuck in an office in London whilst reading about your big adventure, being out in the sun, wild dolphins etc!!! I'm slowly turning greener and greener - might look like Shrek soon!
